Five players from Bozeman lacrosse received all-state honors upon completion of their 2023 season.

From the girls division one team, Lily James, Coco McKay, Ruby Gilbreth, Eloise Trafton and Alice Cook received first team all-state honors this season.

James had 51 goals and was first in the state with 30 assists, shooting 66% on the season.

McKay had 39 goals and was second in the state with 23 assists, shooting 79% on the year.

Gilbreth was named team MVP for her 46 goals and 15 assists, shooting 75%.

The co-captain led the state with 100 draw controls, while Cook earned a spot on first team with 30 ground balls.

Co-captain Trafton scored 17 goals at midfield and shot 60% on the year

Mave Musselman was listed at second team all-state, scoring two goals as a defender and was also named Bozeman defensive player of the year.

This past season, Bozeman lacrosse made history as the champions of the first ever division two girls bracket in Montana history.
